We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Rolling Stock Maintenance team.

What are my responsibilities?

• Coordinate maintenance activities of a railway fleet.

• Manage a small team of maintenance technicians.

• Propose and coordinate, with Engineering team and all stakeholders, the periodic maintenance plan and adjust it on a weekly basis.

• Responsible for maintenance data records into CMMS.

• Responsible for failure analysis and Troubleshooting, improving reliability and availability.

• Propose and promote optimization in maintenance processes.

• Actively contribute to a healthy and safe work environment.

• Coordinate corrective activities.

• Contribute to improve the quality of technical documentation.

• Responsible for training activities, inside and outside organization.

• Contribute to develop and improve logistic concept.

• Participate in RCM and LCC activities and reporting.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Technical Skills

• Maintenance Supervisor experience (5+ years of professional experience).

• Experience working within a Depot environment.

• 12th Grade (or equivalent)

• Graduate/Certified Training in Railway / Electric / Mechanical areas

• Railway technical knowledge and legal awareness.

• Experience in Railway activities is essential.

• Understanding electrical and mechanical drawings.

• Experience with Excel or similar.

• Experience with FMEA and safety at work.

• Knowledge in SAP is a plus.

Personal Characteristics

• Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently to deliver consistent results.

• Solid organisational skills, including multi-tasking and time management.

• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.

• Good communication in English, knowledge of Spanish is valued.
