Eaton Corporation Paid Media Operations Analyst (2 years fixed term Maternity Cover) in Budapest, Hungary

What you’ll do:

The Paid Media Operations Analyst will support the enterprise's in-house Paid Media team and is responsible for the management of Eaton's advertising budget process and tracking, operational processes development and enhancements, as well as the coordination of analytics requests connected to paid media dashboards. Ideally, he/she will also act as Scrum Master for the Paid Media team and manage administrative processes around trade publication agreements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer with strong project management and analytical skills. A general understanding of the advertising landscape and the management of paid media placements across Google Ads, social media, programmatic and trade publications is required.

This role covers a maternity part-time activity and may be extended to permanent employment at the end of the term.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, advertising, analytics or finance

3-5 years in advertising campaign management, analyst experience and/or project management.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising budgets required.

Skills:

Required knowledge:

Analytical skills, budget management and basic finance skills, strong Excel skills, understanding of the media buying landscape, demonstrated experience with Scrum

Desirable qualifications:

Google Analytics, Website tagging

Additional assets:

Experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ad Manager, content orchestration platforms such as Percolate; general skills in common Marketing Technology platforms; Power BI

• Superior communication, presentation and leadership skills

• Must be a self-starter with energy and enthusiasm towards multitasking, dealing with ambiguity and working in a matrixed environment

• Able to meet deadlines and establish clear priorities quickly – works effectively with tight deadlines and able to handle a heavy workload and organize and handle a multitude of different tasks in parallel

• A service mentality, reflected in the interaction this role plays in working with business and functional teams as “internal clients”

• Strong interpersonal skills; professional maturity to listen, learn, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and to build coalitions and consensus corresponding to the vision and branding goals of the organization.

• Experience in B2B marketing communications preferred, but not required

• Superior verbal and written English is required
