Are you looking for a long term manufacturing role with opportunities to advance within the company? A worldwide manufacturer in Benson is hiring Line Operators! Direct hire w/ full benefits. You would be working on a manufacturing line in a safe and efficient manner. 2+ years manufacturing/mechanical experience preferred + stable work history. Pay - $17.50 to start with raises to $20+ after Shifts - 6p-6a 3-2-2-3 schedule

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Line Operator is responsible to operate and maintain assigned line in a safe and efficient manner, with high quality and productivity

• Near-miss and BBS reporting participation

• Meet productivity standards

• Complete required documentation

• Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine

• Adjust machinery as needed

• Perform 6S

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
