• Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.

• Proficiency in MS excel.

• Track record of managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects.

• Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.

• Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.

• Training and mentoring other associates

• Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage.

About the team

The TR 3P Operations Team manages daily Amazon-specific tasks for Top Seller managed accounts. The team concurrently drive efficiency enhancements and elevate quality standards, while also collaborating with AMs to manage seller performance across various areas including FBA, Deals, Listings, and IDQ.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

• Experience with Listing, IDQ, FBA and Deals tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Listing, IDQ, FBA, Deals and/or operational roles.
