Indirect Tax Senior Specialist

Filing VAT returns and ensuring all related compliances are met and in line with rules and regulations, facilitates tax audits, and ensures internal controls in the process and GL reconciliations.

Your role:

• Supporting daily operations in terms of VAT compliance process for EMEA region

• Preparation and extraction of VAT related analysis and reports.

• Preparation of templates and calculations as input for VAT compliance process.

• Preparation of reconciliation of VAT accounts.

• Participation in Indirect Tax related projects

• VAT determination for purchase invoices (VAT coding).

• Supporting VAT coding automation process.

• Ad-hoc activities connected with VAT matters.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor's degree ideally in Finance, Tax, Law, or equivalent.

• 2-3 years of experience in the field of VAT (TAX coding, Intrastat reporting, VAT compliance, daily & monthly reporting).

• Good command of English

• Very good Excel skills

• Logical and analytical thinking with an eye for detail.
