Assist in the coordination of operational procedures and processes between departments that affect the level of customer service. Review and verify data input and output. Ability to retrieve and utilize information from trust systems and other data sources Other duties as assigned What you bring: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-3 years of experience The ability to switch gears throughout the day to assist with meeting critical cut-off times or high-volume processing spikes.
