Role and Responsibilities

As we are rapidly expanding our autonomous haulage operations across Australia and Globally, we are looking for an Operations Team Administrator to join our dynamic Mining Technology team. In this Perth-based role you will report directly to the Regional Director for Autonomous Operations. You must be a well-organized, self-starter who can work autonomously with limited instruction at times. You will be required to review current processes and make recommendations for improvement based on your experience or consultation with subject matter experts. This role requires confidentiality, as you may be privileged to perform your duties on sensitive employment-related matters or confidential material.

In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to;

Reporting

· Monthly Reports and Presentations (collating, checking, drafting)

Operational support

· Supporting or coordinating team mobilisations and travel

· Supporting and coordinating site visits and ‘customer events’

· Supporting ‘new starter’ induction and training

· Supporting and coordinating Team Development days

Document management

· Managing a ‘Sharepoint’ document repository (processes/actions/workflows/audits)

Financial management

· Support site commercial quotes and invoicing

· Facilitate purchasing and tracking (site specific tools, training and merchandising)

To be successful in this role you must have;

· High energy & passion to support a 24/7/365 team

· Excellent communication skills

· Technical/IT aptitude

· Competence in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel & Word

· Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint

· Experience with Power BI

· Competence with administrative support systems (enable, success-factors, workflow etc)

· An ability to learn new skills

· Understanding/experience in the Mining industry is a bonus
