Northwest Farm Credit Services Administrative Assistant, Part-Time in Rocklin, California

We serve customers in 59 locations throughout the West. We are in search of a part-time Administrative Assistant I or II to join our Corporate Administration department in Rocklin, California. This full-time position reports to the Manager of Corporate Administration and is accountable for a variety of clerical tasks to support corporate administration functions. Schedule This position is generally expected to work 25 hours a week and is 100% on-site. Available schedule options are Monday-Friday from 10:00am - 3:30pm with a 30-minute lunch, or from 10:00am - 4:00pm with a 60-minute lunch. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position is: Level I: $21/hour - $30/hour; bonus at target 6% of salary Level II: $23/hour - $35/hour; bonus at target 6% of salary *This is a Salaried Non-Exempt position Job Requirements Provide backup to the corporate headquarters reception desk, ensuring superior customer service to guests, answering phones in a timely and courteous manner, adhering to AgWest building security rules and maintaining a clean and inviting reception area. Perform a variety of clerical tasks to support the corporate administration office; including mailing and shipping, sorting incoming mail, ordering service awards and various other similar projects as needed. Order supplies and snacks for AgWest offices in accordance with organization procedures. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Other duties as assigned.
