The Go-to-Market Operations team drives Revenue at Lucid by working across functions to implement and scale process, knowledge, technology, and governance. This role within Go-to-Market Operations will act as a partner to Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Business Automation and Intelligence. As a Go-to-Market Operations Analyst, you will develop deep understanding of Lucid’s internal systems (both technical and non technical), analyze data and find ways to improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • This analyst role will act as a key business partner to the Go-to-Market Customer Experience teams in their efforts to drive product usage and retain revenue

  • This role will also assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis for the Go-to-Market Operations team by providing data-driven strategic insights

  • Assist with weekly forecasting calls.

  • Proactive and timely communication with GTM stakeholders.

  • Creative and strategic problem solving to identify inefficiencies and address known issues that require adjustments.

  • Work cross-functionally on implementing solutions to inefficiencies and known issues to optimize for completeness, accuracy, and user experience.

  • Creation of dashboarding and reporting within Salesforce, Tableau, and Gainsight.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years minimum of relevant experience

  • Able to work independently, collaboratively, and on multiple initiatives at the same time with a demonstrable record of driving results

  • Detail-oriented and organized to ensure work is complete, accurate, and timely

  • Able to identify problems as well as propose and implement creative data-driven solutions

  • Resourceful, innovative, and are always looking for ways to drive process improvement and act as an agent for change

  • Strong verbal and written communication with good interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to work efficiently in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel (e.g. lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, IS, Marketing, Economics, Math, Statistics, or other technical degree with strong academic performance

  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Gainsight, and SQL a plus but not required

  • Degree in Math, Finance, Business, IS, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or other technical degree

  • Passion for working with emerging technologies and an ability to understand new technical concepts
