Summary About the position: This position is located at Club Eifel, Spangdahlem AB, Germany. This is a flexible position (0 - 40 hours per week). Schedule will cover Monday - Sunday, days and nights and Holidays. Military Spouse Preference is not lost if selected for this position. Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is to provide support and assistance within all aspects of Club operations. The primary duties will include, but are not limited to: Issuing, receipt and control of cash boxes Preparing reports Reviewing schedule for events/activities scheduled during shift and ensure they are carried out as specified by management Ensuring club rules, regulations and established procedures are followed Assuring patron satisfaction by resolving complains and customer issues Providing guidance and instruction to club staff on functions during assigned shift Inspecting facility as end of shift Assisting in all operations of club to include Saber Sports Lounge, Catering and Hangar 52/Pizza Hut Performing other related duties as assigned If interested in this position, please preview the online application: https://apply.usastaffing.gov/ViewQuestionnaire/12229183 Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Who May Apply: Open to everyone. Qualifying Experience: Knowledge of club, restaurant and retail operations Experience in cash handling Experience with Office Automation Software Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution in order to qualify. Additional Information Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. All Federal NAF employees are required by PL 104-134 to have salary payments made by electronic funds transfer/direct deposit.
