About the Role

We are searching for a senior level process engineer for our plant in Spartanburg, SC USA.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain standardized work for operations

  • Monitor and increase production quality and quantity

  • Perform and manage CI projects

  • Inquiry and procurement

  • Project management

  • Capacity planning in cooperation with production

  • Planning and implementation of process developments and development of new technologies

  • Completion of special projects and FMEAs

  • Management of assigned employees

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred.

  • Knowledge of tool construction, robots, automation assembly and welding technology

  • previous project management experience

  • Experience in FMEA and problem solving techniques

  • previous supervisory experience preferred

Your preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience as an engineer in manufacturing; or 5-7 years of experience as an engineer in manufacturing; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
