As a Residential Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting people and communities by offering best-in-class telecommunication products & services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective customers through door-to-door solicitation, promoting our high-speed fiber internet, phone, & bolt-on “Value-added” services... Responsibilities

Actively and consistently support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

 Acquire new residential customers from assigned leads &; territory based on door-to-door

solicitation, outbound calling campaigns, lead follow-up, grass-root marketing events, etc

 Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis with new prospective customers

 Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations/proposals on products and services

that meet customers' needs

 Support team and team goals by actively participating in all sales meetings

and complete training programs

 Achieve monthly sales quotas

 Complete all administrative tasks related to products sold in accordance

with departmental policies, procedures, & and quality control guidelines
