Amazon Principal Product Manager, CA 3P Fees, Amazon in Toronto, Ontario

Description

The Amazon Canada 3P team is looking for a talented, seller/customer-obsessed Principal Product Manager to help shape the future of our third-party marketplace.

As a product manager, you will be developing strategies that sets economic conditions through fees and incentives across the Canada business and supply chain in order to help drive seller success and improve cost-to-serve. You will be working cross functionally to inform fee strategies, develop requirements for product solutions including delivering world-class Seller Experience, and understand the economic impacts of those fee strategies on the CA 3P business.

The ideal candidate must have excellent quantitative and data analytical abilities and a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership. Candidate will have strong financial acumen to understand tradeoffs to Canada 3P business and must be able to own a product roadmap. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable in presenting work to senior audiences.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience owning technology products
