As the Customer Care Specialist you will be part of an international team, managing communication with Customers and cooperating with other departments locally and globally. Your role will be to ensure efficient processing of customer orders and deliver exceptional consumer experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing communication with Customers

  • Processing orders and monitoring the system

  • Cooperating with other departments located in Poland and abroad

  • Actively working with the team to deliver exceptional consumer experience by following procedures & policies and being involved in improvement

    You bring:

  • Fluency in English and Polish, both spoken and written

  • Experience in an international environment, in Customer Service

  • High learning agility, good communication & time management skills

  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

  • Team player attitude
