As CRM Associate Manager, your responsibilities will range from planning, implementing, analyzing and optimizing our direct, ongoing engagement of consumers. You will support driving and enabling optimal consumer experiences through owned channels (such as web, email) and omnichannel integration that delivers value to consumers and drive greater share of wallet across our Haleon portfolio, including Sensodyne, Advil, TUMS, Centrum and more. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and activate on them.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Support the acquisition, retention and engagement of consumer base (1P) through optimizing our consumer experience via owned channels/tactics aligned to overall brand strategy

  • Support cross channel content and engagement activation, including activating and scaling CRM at portfolio level

  • Lead the creation, execution and tracking/reporting of CRM campaigns to drive lifetime value and loyalty, including content briefing, creative development, and activations in partnership with agency and cross functional teams

  • Support data, segmentation and personalization initiatives to deliver relevant, agile consumer engagement touchpoints along the path to purchase

  • Deliver end to end performance reporting and analytics with insights on optimization opportunities

  • Support continuous improvement of marketing campaigns by leveraging strategy, data analysis, learnings for optimizations and AB testing

  • Partner with Martech partners to deliver value-add experiences

  • Analyzes, documents, and shares best practices and learnings across key stakeholders

*This position is a hybrid role located in Warren, NJ, with the expectation of being present in the office 2-3 days per week.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, Analytics or related field

  • 3+ years' experience with CRM, marketing and/or IT

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high attention to detail

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights and make data-driven decisions

  • Prior experience in CPG, CRM and digital marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Salesforce, customer data platforms (CDP), Power BI, Google Analytics, Martech, and Agile

  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments

  • Proven track record of segmenting and personalizing consumer communications

  • Ability to multi-task with excellent project management skills

  • Agile, comfort with the unknown, track record of problem solving and willingness to test and learn

We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs as part of the offering. The salary range for this role is $ 101,938 - 135,164 USD + bonus
